John Holgrimson

John has lived in the Twin Cities his whole life. He currently lives in Ramsey with his wife and 5 daughters.
When he is not working you can find him doing something around sports including coaching and watching his kids sporting events, running and lifting weights, or watching a variety of sports on TV. He also does the play-by-play for his alma mater’s football team, Bethel University.
John has been a teacher for over 15 years which provides him with skills to communicate clearly and explain the home buying and selling process. His mission is to develop relationships with clients and make this journey an enjoyable experience.

When did you get into real estate? What made you decide to get into real estate?
“I started working in real estate in the Summer of 2021. I have a passion for helping people and building relationships. Real estate allows me to work alongside people as they are on their journey.”
What are your thoughts on the 2021 real estate market?
“The market during this year has been a wild ride to say the least! Like anything, it will ebb & flow, but this is a great time to explore what is out there. ”
Any advice to first time home buyers?
“Enjoy the adventure! We will work together to make this experience fun and memorable.”
When you’re not answering your phone, and doing showings, what do you like to do?
“I love to be with my family (beautiful wife, Beth, and 5 girls) playing games, coaching, or being silly. I enjoy exercising, broadcasting Bethel University Football games, watching football (or any sport), volunteering at church, and connecting with friends & neighbors. “
