Lydia is finishing her final year as a Business Marketing student at Bethel University in Arden Hills, Minnesota. Through her education and experiences, she has developed a passion for building relationships, connecting with people, and helping others achieve their goals.
Lydia has an interest in social media and marketing, giving her a creative and personable approach to connecting with others.
Lydia believes that real estate is about much more than buying or selling a house. It is a major life decision and an opportunity to help people move into the next chapter of their lives. She is excited to use her marketing background, attention to detail, and genuine care for people to help make the real estate process as positive and comfortable as possible.
Outside of real estate, Lydia enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her Fiancé Brock. She also enjoys riding horses, staying active, learning about health and wellness, and preparing for her upcoming wedding in May 2027. She looks forward to building lasting relationships with her clients and helping them feel confident as they navigate one of life’s biggest decisions.

What made you decide to pursue a path in real estate?
I decided to pursue real estate because I’ve always been interested in homes, people, and the process of helping someone find a place that feels like home. I love that real estate allows me to build relationships while also helping people through such an important and exciting decision in their lives. As I’m entering this next stage of life myself, I’ve become even more interested in homes and what makes a space feel comfortable, and truly your own.
What are you looking forward to about real estate?
I’m most looking forward to meeting new people, building meaningful relationships, and being able to help clients through the buying or selling process. I’m excited to continue learning and growing in the industry and have the opportunity to make what can be a stressful process feel more exciting and manageable for my clients.
What aspect of the real estate industry interests you the most?
The relationship side of real estate interests me the most. I love getting to know people and understanding what is important to them so I can help them find something that fits their needs and lifestyle. I’m also really interested in homes themselves, from the design and functionality of a space to creating a clean, welcoming environment that people are proud to call home.
What do you like to do when you aren't working?
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and my fiancé Brock. I also enjoy staying active, exploring new places, riding and training horses, and walks outside. I enjoy learning about wellness, clean living, and creating a healthy and comfortable home environment. I’m currently in an exciting season of life as I prepare for my wedding in 2027, so I also love spending time planning and preparing for that next chapter!
